Shipping policy

Nothing ships. Everything we sell is digital, so there are no shipping fees, no customs forms and no waiting on a package, wherever you are in the world.
Design files
Your files are ready as soon as you check out. We don't email files. You'll find them in your account at welcomehomecustom.com, under your orders or under My Downloadable Files, and you can download them again anytime. An order confirmation goes to the email address you used at checkout.
A tip: use the same email address every time you order, so all of your files stay together in one account.
Laser Art Society releases
New releases typically come out on the first Friday of each month, after the live reveal. The time of the reveal varies from month to month. Once a release is out, members find the files in their account.
Designing for Lasers
You reach the course by logging in to your account at welcomehomecustom.com. Every live session is recorded and added to the course.
Gift certificates
Gift certificates are delivered by email.
If you can't find your files
- Files aren't sent by email, so there's nothing to look for in your inbox. Log in to your account at welcomehomecustom.com and look under your orders or under My Downloadable Files.
- Log in with the same email address you used at checkout. Your files live in the account they were bought with.
- Still stuck? Email hello@welcomehomecustom.com with your order number and we'll help you find them.
What we don't ship
We don't sell or ship wood, frames, hardware or finished pieces. If you order wood from Lasered by the Creek with a member discount, that order is sold and shipped by Lasered by the Creek under their own policies.
Taxes
Sales tax or VAT is charged where required. Depending on where you live, it's included in the price you see or added at checkout.
