QUESTION: Are the laser files beginner friendly?

ANSWER: I would classify the Ornament as beginner, the Mini as intermediate, and the Showstopper as intermediate to advanced. The showstopper is very doable. It will push you to learn more about construction and best practices.

QUESTION: Can I cut the files in a smaller laser?

ANSWER: All Files are formatted to fit inside a laser that is 18.5 x 10.85 inches or larger. Please note the showstopper will require you cut a backer outside of the laser. This can be done with a circular saw, track saw, or tablesaw. The mini and ornament can be made with no additional tools.

QUESTION: What formats do you provide?

ANSWER: We provide all files in 5 different formats including AI, SVG, PDF, DXF, and EPS.

QUESTION: Will the files work with my laser?

ANSWER:  Files are tested and designed for CO2 lasers. They will work with diode lasers as well. They are not formatted for CNC routers and are not suitable for cricut or silhouette machines.

QUESTION: Can I purchase the older designs when I join?

ANSWER:  Nope. Remember when I said its a true exclusivity? You will have access to the files you paid for in the subscription. Once the older files are release to the public, you will, however, be able to use your discount to buy them.

QUESTION: When are the files available to download each month?

ANSWER: Files are always released immediately following the LIVE reveal on the first Friday of the month. This allows for everyone to see the new files together and ask questions.

QUESTION: Are the discounts automatic?

ANSWER: Discount on welcomehomecustom.com is automatic. The discount at Lasered by the Creek does require a password to enter the member only area and a password for the discount.

QUESTION: What if I decide this isn't for me?

ANSWER: You are welcome to cancel at anytime. The month is prorated. You can cancel yourself on the website or email hello@welcomehomecustom.com.
