This is my favorite piece to date. I have been missing the mountains in the PNW. I lived in Gig Harbor where our view of Mt Rainer and the Puget Sound was so spectacular. It also reminds me of riding the ski lift... nothing better than a blue bird day.
These files are formatted for the Glowforge laser cutter. The files are sized to fit in the 20x12 inch crumb tray. The files are sorted by COLOR/species of wood! Each file is assigned a species of wood allowing you to quickly build your own majestic mountains and sun. Some shapes share sides to eliminate waste.
You will be cutting only in this project. TIME SAVER!!!
Make sure to print out the Read Me instructions! Trust me. This file although large... is very doable.
Supplies needed:
- 2 pieces of Cherry plywood
- 1 piece of Red Oak plywood- does not fill an entire board.
- 2 pieces of Maple plywood
- I piece of Hickory plywood
- 2 pieces of Walnut plywood- does not need to be a full 2nd board.
Finished piece if you use the files as is ... 24 inches by 24 inches!
