Bright pink and two feet tall, a flamingo this size is hard to walk past at a craft show. Real flamingos feed with their heads upside down, sweeping their bent bills through shallow water to strain out their food. This laser ready showstopper template curls the bird's long neck into a loop and sets it against a pale moon and tropical leaves.
It's a painted design, cut by color, and every piece is numbered, so putting it together works a lot like paint by number. The cut by color files fit an 18.5 x 10.85 inch laser bed, which means only the backer has to be cut outside your laser. Not ready to take on the full size yet? The DIY mini is a smaller flamingo on its own stand, a good fit for a paint party or a lower price point on your table, and a bonus leaf and flower come with the set. Hang the big one in your own home, and keep a stack of minis ready for market day.

- The DIY mini file set includes a frame or stand option, with 26 different slot and tab sizes already formatted for you, to speed up the time from opening the file to finishing the project.

Material and thickness
- Paint guidance for this one: a navy background, three shades of pink for the flamingo, a pale yellow moon, green leaves and white, with the spray paint colors listed in the instructions.
- The cut by color files are split into those seven colors, and the pieces are laid out to follow the wood grain from left to right.
- Cut by color files fit a laser bed of 18.5 x 10.85 inches or larger.
- Cut the DIY mini from one wood and paint it, or cut it by wood grain.

The files are sorted by wood species and the pieces are rotated to follow the grain, so your finished project has a clean, intentional look without you having to rearrange anything in your design software. We do this on every design that uses multiple wood species.
