This digital laser file set (instant download, no physical product ships) includes a full 24 x 30 inch Lion design and a smaller 10.5 x 13.39 inch mini version, both built from the same intarsia-inspired pattern. The pieces are puzzled together edge-to-edge to form one continuous portrait. You will see this style called "Intarsia Inspired" by some makers and "Mosaic" by others, both labels fit.

Welcome Home Custom signature, sorted by wood grain
The files are sorted by wood species and the pieces are pre-rotated to follow the grain, so your finished lion has a clean, intentional look without you having to rearrange anything in your design software. We do this on every design that uses multiple wood species.
Material and thickness
- Supports 1/8 inch (3mm) and 1/4 inch (6mm) materials
- Mix and match supported, cut at a single thickness or combine 1/8 and 1/4 inch for more depth and dimension
- For pieces that need to read very dark in the finished lion, you can paint them black or use Wenge hardwood, either approach works with the file as drawn
Compatible with most laser cutters
Compatible with xTool, OMTech, Thunder, Aeon, Trotec, and other CO2 and diode lasers.
