No Replication or Derivative Works
No part of the files or designs—including but not limited to visual design, artistic concept, functional design elements, file naming conventions, or formatting—may be copied, reverse engineered, reproduced, altered, or used as inspiration for derivative works intended for resale or redistribution.
Intended Use
These files are for personal and limited commercial use in producing physical products only, unless otherwise explicitly stated. Resale or redistribution of the files themselves, in whole or in part, or the use of any unique file structure or setup to create new or competing digital products is strictly prohibited.
Breach and Legal Action
Any breach of this clause may result in immediate revocation of the purchaser’s license, removal from future access to designs or groups, and potential legal action, including claims for damages and injunctive relief.
