This digital download laser cut file set includes a floral butterfly wall art design pieced together from flower shapes with optional door hanger loops, ready to cut, use different woods or paint, and hang as butterfly home decor or spring wall decor. The pieces are puzzled together to form the butterfly silhouette from individual flower shapes. You will see this style called "Intarsia Inspired" by some makers and "Mosaic" by others, both labels fit.

Welcome Home Custom signature, sorted by wood grain
The files are sorted by wood species and the pieces are pre-rotated to follow the grain, so your finished project has a clean, intentional look without you having to rearrange anything in your design software. We do this on every design that uses multiple wood species.
Material and thickness
- Use one thickness of wood or mix the thicknesses for more depth and dimension in the mosaic design.
- Use the 5 suggested wood species for the multi-tone contrast, or paint the pieces if you prefer your own color palette.
